We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Intern to support the end-to-end recruitment process — from keeping pipelines healthy and interviews running on time, to ensuring every candidate has a great experience.</span></p>
<p class="body-text"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">In this role, you will work closely with our recruiters and hiring managers to keep the hiring engine moving. You'll own coordination, data hygiene, and follow-ups that directly impact how fast and how well we hire. <ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage and maintain candidate pipelines and hiring trackers, ensuring data is always accurate and up to date across active roles.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Post job openings across multiple hiring platforms including LinkedIn, Naukri, and internal portals, and ensure listings are live and optimized.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Own interview scheduling and coordination end-to-end — from sending invites and managing calendars to handling reschedules with minimal friction.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Track candidate progress across every stage of the funnel and maintain clean, structured records in the ATS.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proactively follow up with candidates throughout the process to keep them engaged, informed, and reduce drop-offs at critical stages.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support the Talent team with reporting and dashboards to track hiring velocity, pipeline health, and sourcing effectiveness.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Identify gaps in existing workflows and suggest process improvements to enhance both candidate and recruiter experience.</span></li>
