This role reports to the VP of Talent.&nbsp;</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What You Will Be Doing</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Facilitate performance review sessions, provide guidance and coaching to leaders on managing performance and feedback discussions.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Deliver excellent employee experience through seamless and efficient management of each step of the employee life cycle, from onboarding to career transitions.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> <div class="shrm-Element-linksList"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the Talent group to develop solutions, programs and policies.</span></div> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> <div class="shrm-Element-linksList"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.</span></div> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> <div class="shrm-Element-linksList"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
