Job Overview:

CGI is looking for a talented and motivated Recruiter with strong expertise in Sourcing and Stakeholder management to build and manage scalable, efficient, and reliable data pipelines and infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, working closely with data scientists, analysts, and business teams.

Your future duties and responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition gathering to onboarding.

Handle sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, salary negotiation, and offer closure.

Work on multiple positions simultaneously with focus on quality and turnaround time.

Understand business requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.

Ensure timely delivery against hiring targets and SLAs.

Sourcing & Talent Mapping

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, employee referrals, and networking channels.

Build strong talent pipelines for niche and volume hiring requirements.

Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis for critical skill hiring.

Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates.

Screening & Candidate Assessment

Conduct initial HR screening to assess technical fit, communication skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.

Validate candidate experience, notice period, compensation, and availability.

Coordinate technical interviews and collect interview feedback from panels.

Maintain high standards of candidate evaluation and documentation.

Stakeholder Management

Partner closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and interview panels.

Provide regular hiring updates, recruitment metrics, and pipeline status.

Drive hiring discussions and influence decision-making with data-driven insights.

Ensure smooth coordination between business, HR operations, and candidates.

Offer Management & Negotiation

Handle salary discussions and negotiate compensation within approved budgets.

Manage offer rollout, approvals, and joining formalities.

Engage with candidates during notice period to ensure successful onboarding.

Handle offer decline scenarios and improve candidate conversion ratio.

Recruitment Operations & Reporting

Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS and internal tracking systems.

Prepare recruitment dashboards and status reports.

Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and policies.

Support process improvement initiatives to enhance hiring efficiency.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Required Skills

Strong experience in Full Life Cycle Recruitment

Expertise in sourcing and screening methodologies

Hands-on experience in interview coordination and scheduling

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience in offer negotiation and candidate engagement

Ability to manage multiple requirements under tight timelines

Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting

Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools

Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
