We are on the lookout for a skilled IT Technical Recruiter who will help us discover untapped talent and drive overall organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting specifically for the IT industry and possess a high degree of technical literacy. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top-tier consultants across specialized domains including BI, Big Data, Cloud Computing, ERP, and Software Engineering. Most importantly, you will serve as a trusted "career agent," helping exceptional professionals find rewarding long-term projects while consistently exceeding our clients' expectations.
Objectives:
- Full Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end technical recruiting lifecycle, ensuring an efficient, high-quality hiring experience.
- Strategic Sourcing & Headhunting: Implement innovative IT recruitment and headhunting strategies to source niche technical talent for consulting, permanent, contract-to-hire, and Statement of Work (SOW) positions.
- Relationship Management: Foster and strengthen long-term relationships with candidate pipelines, serving as their dedicated career agent.
- Market Alignment: Remain at the forefront of emerging technology trends and international IT talent hubs to effectively meet client demands.
What you do:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Execute strategic sourcing, initial technical screening, in-depth interviewing, and smooth onboarding workflows.
- Technical Pipeline Development: Build and maintain an active talent database for specialized and emerging skill sets including, but not limited to:
- Technologies: Java, SAP, Python/ML, Netowrking, Data Warehousing, UI/UX.
- Data & Analytics: BI (Oracle BI, OBIEE, Microsoft SQL Server BI), Tableau, Cognos, Teradata, MongoDB.
- Niche Domains: Cloud Architecture, Guidewire, Duck Creek, and Regulatory Compliance.
- Database & ATS Management: Utilize specialized HR software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and premier job boards (e.g., Dice, LinkedIn) to systematically manage and procurement talent.
- Brand & Social Advocacy: Write engaging technical job descriptions and actively network on professional social platforms to attract passive candidates.
- Flexible Delivery Support: Support multiple recruitment models based on client needs, including Contingent Search, Retained Executive Search (C-level, VP roles), and Vendor-on-Site staffing operations.
What we need:
- Proven Experience: Prior work experience as an IT Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, or a similar agency/corporate recruiting role.
- Technical Literacy: Strong comprehension of IT terms& ability to screen candidates beyond simple keyword matching.
- USA Domain Expertise: A deep understanding of the technical differences between contract, consulting, and permanent hiring models.
- Communication & Networking: Outstanding oral and written communication skills with a proven knack for building candidate trust.
- Software Proficiency: Experience utilizing computerized HR/recruitment software, ATS platforms (Ceipal), and technical job boards.
- Agility & Drive: A self-driven work ethic capable of thriving in a fast-paced, highly detailed, and target-oriented staffing environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
