Job Description
- Represent the organisation at career fairs and networking events to enhance employer branding.Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy and execution across multiple business units and regions
- Manage full lifecycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, stakeholder alignment, and offer closure
- Lead and mentor a team of 6, ensuring strong delivery, capability building, and performance management
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Build and optimise scalable recruitment processes, dashboards, and hiring metrics
- Ensure high-quality candidate experience and employer branding consistency
- Support strategic initiatives to improve hiring efficiency, diversity, and talent pipelines
The Successful Applicant
A successful PL/SPL - TA should have:
- A strong academic background in human resources or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably high-volume / multi-location hiring)
- Proven experience in team management and stakeholder engagement
- Strong understanding of structured hiring processes and recruitment metrics
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
