Job Summary

PSG Global Solutions is seeking an energetic and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to support one of our U.S. healthcare staffing clients. This is a highly voice-oriented role focused on recruiting Allied Travel clinicians and technicians across the United States.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys candidate interaction, and is comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and relationship building. Prior experience in healthcare staffing or travel healthcare recruiting is highly preferred.

Job Details

• Position: US Healthcare Recruiter
• Experience: 2 – 6 Years
• Shift: 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST
• Salary: Best as per market standards
• Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified Allied Travel clinicians and technicians through internal recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage prospective candidates and build strong talent pipelines.
• Perform pre-screening and qualification calls to assess candidate fit and availability.
• Effectively present and promote travel healthcare opportunities to generate candidate interest.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional recruiting experience.
• Manage candidates through the initial stages of the recruitment lifecycle and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity updates in recruiting systems.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and quality submissions.
• Meet recruiting activity goals and contribute to overall hiring success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2–6 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
• Experience in healthcare recruiting, travel healthcare staffing, or allied staffing is preferred.
• Proven experience handling outbound calling and candidate engagement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
