Our client, a global organization, is seeking a HR Business Partner to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Arlington, Virginia.

About The Job:

• Serve as a strategic HR partner supporting business leaders across a large, complex organization
• Lead leadership discussions, provide guidance on workforce planning, and support organizational strategy
• Partner on talent management initiatives including performance management, promotions, and internal mobility
• Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, engagement, and retention efforts
• Analyze compensation data and workforce metrics to inform decision-making
• Advise leadership on employee relations matters and help navigate complex conversations
• Collaborate with teams on learning & development initiatives and employee experience improvements
• Support and guide management of a workforce of 300+ employees

About You:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7+ years of HR Business Partner experience required
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence senior leadership
• Experience with workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations
• Strong analytical skills, including compensation analysis and data interpretation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
• Union or guild experience is a plus

About The Position:

• Contract-to-hire
• Start Date: ASAP!
• Schedule: 4 days/week onsite
• Metro accessible!
• $60-$72/hr while on contract
• Permanent Salary: $135K-$160K + 15% bonus
