Sales Planning and DSA Management
- Work with the AH (Sales) team at ABHFL to build and execute a plan that supports target achievement while taking local market trends and competitor activity into account.

- Continuously assess the effectiveness of the DSA network and improve operational efficiency so that active partnerships deliver the best possible business outcomes.
- Prepare and share periodic MIS updates covering disbursements, profitability, DSA performance, NPAs, market expansion, and similar business metrics, and use the insights to proactively guide DSA partners.
Customer Acquisition and Engagement

- Collaborate closely with DSA partners on identified prospects, using a partnership-driven approach and clearly communicating product features and unique selling points to improve closure rates and customer experience.
