About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and people-driven HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function and act as a strategic partner to the business. This role involves overseeing the full employee lifecycle, shaping company culture, and building effective people strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across all levels, including leadership hiring
- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies, employer branding, and hiring pipelines
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws
- Develop and enforce HR policies, employee handbook, and workplace practices
- Design and execute Learning & Development (L&D) strategies and training programs
- Own the performance management cycle including appraisals, reviews, and PIP processes
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on workforce planning and organizational design
- Manage HRIS systems and ensure data integrity
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and analyze workforce metrics
- Build and mentor a high-performing HR team
Required Skills
- 8–10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including leadership roles
- Strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, L&D, and performance management
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
- Experience working with HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and drive HR strategy
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CIPD
- Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or MBA
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or multinational organizations
