HR Manager ( 5-6 Years Experience Immediate Joiners Bangalore )

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and people-driven HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function and act as a strategic partner to the business. This role involves overseeing the full employee lifecycle, shaping company culture, and building effective people strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across all levels, including leadership hiring
• Design and implement talent acquisition strategies, employer branding, and hiring pipelines
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws
• Develop and enforce HR policies, employee handbook, and workplace practices
• Design and execute Learning & Development (L&D) strategies and training programs
• Own the performance management cycle including appraisals, reviews, and PIP processes
• Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on workforce planning and organizational design
• Manage HRIS systems and ensure data integrity
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and analyze workforce metrics
• Build and mentor a high-performing HR team

Required Skills

• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including leadership roles
• Strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, L&D, and performance management
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
• Experience working with HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and drive HR strategy
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CIPD
• Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or MBA
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or multinational organizations
