Yali Aerospace is looking for a Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations for next-generation UAV and aerospace systems.

We are seeking a hands-on leader who can manage production workflows, improve operational efficiency, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality manufacturing standards in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee daily production operations
• Coordinate manufacturing schedules, assembly activities, and production targets
• Ensure quality control and adherence to engineering and safety standards
• Optimize production processes for efficiency, cost, and scalability
• Work closely with design, procurement, and testing teams for smooth execution
• Manage inventory, material planning, and vendor coordination
• Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous process improvements
• Lead and supervise production technicians and shop-floor teams
• Support prototype builds, testing, and transition to production

Requirements

• Experience in production/manufacturing operations
• Strong understanding of mechanical assembly and manufacturing workflows
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate cross-functional operations
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, electronics, robotics, or UAV manufacturing preferred
• Knowledge of quality systems, process optimization, and production planning
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
