Job Description

We're Hiring: RF Systems Engineer – UAV

At Yali Aerospace, we're developing next-generation UAV platforms for healthcare logistics, surveillance, and other critical applications. We're looking for an RF Systems Engineer who enjoys solving communication challenges and wants to work on technology that operates in the real world.

What You'll Do

Design and develop RF communication and telemetry systems for UAV platforms.
Develop and optimize wireless communication architectures and data links.
Design, select, and integrate antennas, radios, and communication modules.
Perform RF testing, range testing, and communication performance validation.
Troubleshoot communication issues and improve system reliability.
Support the integration of payload communication systems and avionics.
Work closely with engineering and flight operations teams during development and testing.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication, RF Engineering, Avionics, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with RF systems, telemetry, and wireless communication technologies.
Good understanding of antennas, RF propagation, and link budget calculations.
Familiarity with communication protocols such as MAVLink, LoRa, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, CAN, SPI, and LTE/5G.
Experience with RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators.
Strong troubleshooting skills and a practical, hands-on approach to engineering.
Experience in UAV, aerospace, robotics, or embedded systems is an advantage.
