Data Analyst - Manufacturing Cattle Feed Process Industry

As a Data Analyst at our Manufacturing company in Sirhind, you will be an integral part of the Data Analysis Wing, contributing to data-driven insights that drive business decisions and enhance operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collecting, cleaning, and validating data from various sources such as production, sales, supply chain, and finance departments.
• Analyzing plant operations, quality, and business performance data to identify trends and variances.
• Developing dashboards, MIS reports, and KPIs for management review.
• Providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborating closely with business excellence, supply chain, finance, and plant teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

• Graduation or Postgraduation in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 25 years of experience in data analysis, MIS, or business analytics, preferably in FMCG, agro, or process industries.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, Power BI / Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
• Ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
