As an experienced Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in the growth and success of the team. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Warehouse management and performance evaluation of the warehouse.
• Ensuring operational efficiency and effective inventory management.
• Planning and Procurement of Raw Materials & Packaging materials.
• Strategic Sourcing, Negotiation, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Project Infrastructure planning and procurement for the warehouse.
• Overseeing end-to-end logistics performance for domestic and international operations.
• Managing the performance of last-mile international operations.
• Meeting and exceeding delivery performance expectations for customers.
• Conducting process mapping and driving process improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

Requirements

• 2-7 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 2 years in operations, supply chain, warehouse management, or strategy.
• Proficiency in both strategy formulation and implementation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong sense of ownership.
• Solid project management skills, ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and manage complex projects.
• Demonstrated growth track record in previous professional roles.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills along with strong organizational ability.
