Key Responsibilitie

sProvide end-user support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
.Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
.Troubleshoot OS issues (Windows/Linux), applications, and connectivity problems
.Manage user accounts, access control, and permissions (Active Directory, email systems)
.Monitor and maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, WiFi, VPN)
.Support IT assets, inventory management, and system upgrades
.Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support
.Ensure data backup, security, and antivirus compliance
.Assist in server maintenance and basic cloud operations (if applicable)
.Maintain IT documentation, logs, and SOPs
.Support onboarding/offboarding activities (system setup, access provisioning)

Required Skil

lsStrong knowledge of Windows OS and basic Linux administratio
