Accounts Executive/Accountant

As an Accountant / Accounts Executive at the Interior Design Company, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily accounting operations such as Accounts Payable, Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Handling invoice processing, expense tracking, and vendor payments.
• Supporting budget preparation, financial analysis, and audit coordination.
• Maintaining accurate accounting records and implementing internal financial controls.

In order to be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• 15 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in Zoho Books or Tally ERP is preferred.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
