Job Overview

Tech Mahindra is hiring Customer Care Executives for a Domestic Voice Banking Process. This opportunity is open to freshers and experienced candidates who are comfortable handling customer queries over phone calls.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls for banking-related queries
• Provide accurate information and issue resolution
• Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality
• Follow company policies and process guidelines

Working Schedule

• Working Days: 5 days a week
• Weekly Off: 2 days (Rotational, not fixed on Saturday/Sunday)
• Days shifts for females; 24*7 flexible work environment for males

Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: 18 to 35 years
• Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
• Languages Required: Hindi & English (Both mandatory)
• Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

Salary Structure

Fresher- 1.79 LPA (approx)

6+ Months Experience- 2 LPA (approx)
