Job Overview
Tech Mahindra is hiring Customer Care Executives for a Domestic Voice Banking Process. This opportunity is open to freshers and experienced candidates who are comfortable handling customer queries over phone calls.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls for banking-related queries
- Provide accurate information and issue resolution
- Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality
- Follow company policies and process guidelines
Working Schedule
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Weekly Off: 2 days (Rotational, not fixed on Saturday/Sunday)
- Days shifts for females; 24*7 flexible work environment for males
Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: 18 to 35 years
- Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
- Languages Required: Hindi & English (Both mandatory)
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
Salary Structure
Fresher- 1.79 LPA (approx)
6+ Months Experience- 2 LPA (approx)
