Job Description

What You’ll Do

Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including heat pumps, furnaces, RTUs, and package units
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems with minimal supervision
Perform system startups, inspections, and preventive maintenance
Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and system recommendations
Complete service documentation accurately using mobile software
Mentor junior technicians as needed

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of HVAC service experience, CFC Licensed preferred
Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience with residential and/or commercial systems
Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to work independently and manage a service schedule
Must live in Northern Virginia area

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
