Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- 12 to 15 years of experience in driving supply chain solution development
- Proven record in business growth across Global supply chain solutions.
- Should have handled min 5 to 10 diff projects, Min business size USD 2.5 Mn and team size of min 50 nos.
- Good understanding on various segments like Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial, Electronicsetc.
- Good interpersonal skills and Ability to interface with all internal and external stakeholders
Technical Skillset
- Front ending clients and strategizing Supply chain platforms.
- Good experience in Driving business growth and Growth strategies.
- Need to exhibit in fostering Alliances and Partnerships.
- Good understanding of various Business models.
- Good understanding of Approach and Process for various clinets.
- Need to develop teams and streamline projects.
- Experience in integrating existing solutions across all customers and research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects
- Experience in architecting new solutions to solve pain area at customer end
- Good leadership skills with organizational mindset and creative thinking
- Shall have the capability in understanding Drawings, technical specification and product testing
- Basic understanding of Materials like Carbon steel, Aluminum & Alternatives materials by grades
- Basic knowledge of surface treatments processes, Heat treatment processes
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments used for dimensional inspection.
- Good network at regional level supplier base for different commodities like Casting, Stamping, Sheet metal, Fabrication, Plastics, machined components, PCBA, Wiring Harness, EMS productsetc.
- Shall be familiar with vendor identification process / soft benchmarking / supplier Assessment Criteria and ratings/vendor audit and qualification procedure.
- Good understanding of commercial terms & conditions and contract management
- Understand and ensure compliance with applicable procurement policies, standards, and regulations.
- Strong planning, communication, and decision-making ability to successfully direct multiple projects.
- Good communication skills

Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: Shall possess a Degree / Postgraduate in Mechanical Engineering /Production technology / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering with Specialization in Engineering Supply chain and Transactional supply chain.
