• Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and processes
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment and deliver high-quality design work within tight deadlines
• Strong communication and active listening skills with the ability to build close relationships
• Experience leveraging analytics and user research to steer decisions and enhance product iterations
• Expert knowledge of design tools such as Figma and quick adaptability to new tools
