Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Has hands-on experience in designing and implementing initiatives around Job Architecture, Talent Development and Succession Planning
- Actively participates in all strategic initiatives taken by PMS team
- Contributes to the planning phase of all PMS activities/initiatives
- Actively involved in all activities related to PMS (Goal Setting, Annual Review, Promotion Activities, Communication with the Leaders, Generating Reports, Data Analysis etc.) Knowledge/ Skills Required: ·Sound Knowledge and exposure of HR Process, Policies and systems. · Good knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint (making and delivering presentations ); Strong Analytical skills · Quick response time to queries · Good communication skills to communicate with Leaders across organization · Collaboration in working with cross functional teams and solution oriented behavior ·Team Player and Leadership skills
