Global Payroll Associate

Opening as part of Tech Mahindra Global Payroll team based Hyderabad

Looking for persons with 5-8 years experience especially into Brazil or Eygpt payroll process

• Work Experience as Brazil Payroll Processor /Team Lead
• Good knowledge local tax & social security tax laws
• Good knowledge in 13th month Salary (Christmas Bonus),Vacation Pay holiday allowance.
• Managing end to end Brazil payroll operations, accounting and accruals provisioning
• Handling all internal and external payroll audit queries and support
• Prepare Variance analysis, MIS reports, month end, Qtr end reconciliations etc
