Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, Associate handbook that align with the company's objectives and local laws and practices
- Drive employee engagement Initiatives & Charter for defined for onsite locations and working through stronger employee connect and engagement.
- Ensure employee relations issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner, including counselling employees and conducting investigations when necessary
- Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations, including but not limited to labor laws, data privacy regulations, health and safety, and anti-discrimination laws
- Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
- Enable people transfer process under local laws as and when needed
- Undertake restructuring and related actions when situation arises
- Work closely with recruitment, immigration and C&B as an HR subject matter expert
Required background:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Atleast 3 years of experience in any HR stream. Experience in Regional HR, C&B or Business HR is preferred.
- Must for the individual to start the day at 5AM IST suit ANZ time zone
- Must be willing to invest significant effort in acquiring knowledge of ANZ labor laws and regulations, including employment contracts, terminations, and employee benefits
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Good organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
