Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Leader to drive end-to-end hiring strategy for a high-growth Global Capability Center (GCC). This role will lead large-scale hiring across Finance (Controllership, RTR, FP&A, Tax, Audit) and Technology (Engineering, Data, Product, IT) while building a high-performing TA team and delivering on aggressive growth mandates.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Talent Leadership
- Define and execute the TA strategy aligned with GCC growth roadmap
- Partner with global stakeholders to forecast hiring demand across Finance & Tech functions
- Build scalable hiring models for volume + niche hiring
2. GCC Hiring Expertise
- Drive hiring for captive centers / GCCs, ensuring strong understanding of global operating models
- Hire across:
Finance: Controllership, FP&A, R2R, P2P, O2C, Internal Audit, Tax
Technology: Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Product roles
- Benchmark talent against Big4 / Tier-1 product & consulting firms
3. Team Management & Capability Building
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters, leads, and managers
- Drive performance through KPIs, SLAs, and hiring metrics
- Build capability in areas like stakeholder management, sourcing strategy, and candidate experience
- Mentor and develop future TA leaders
4. Stakeholder & Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and global HR teams
- Influence hiring decisions through market intelligence, compensation insights, and talent mapping
- Manage senior stakeholder expectations across geographies
5. Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
- Strengthen GCC employer brand in India market
- Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, referrals, and niche channels
- Drive Diversity Hiring (Gender, PWD, LGBTQ+) initiatives
6. Process Excellence & Analytics
- Optimize recruitment processes for speed, quality, and candidate experience
- Track and report metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer conversion, diversity ratios
- Leverage ATS, data analytics, and automation tools
Key Requirements
- 15–18+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant exposure to GCC / Captive hiring
- Proven track record of hiring across Finance + Technology roles at scale
- Strong team management experience (leading teams of 12–25+ recruiters)
- Experience working with global stakeholders / matrix organizations
- Deep understanding of India talent market, especially for Bangalore, Hyderabad, NCR
- Prior experience in Big4 / Consulting / Product / GCC environments preferred
