About The Role
Community is seeking a talented Hybrid Spatial & Graphic Designer to join our creative family. This role is ideal for a passionate individual with expertise in both spatial design and graphic design, capable of seamlessly transitioning between architectural and branding projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed design concepts, developing visualizations, and producing high-quality creative materials that enhance physical spaces and brand identities. Your primary focus will be on delivering innovative design solutions that align with client goals and project requirements. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Spatial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in both spatial and graphic design
- Proficiency in 3D design software such as SketchUp, Enscape, Rhino, or equivalent tools
- Strong experience in creating photorealistic 3D renderings and architectural visualizations
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software
- Excellent drawing skills, including perspective drawing and spatial awareness
- Knowledge of environmental graphics, signage, wayfinding systems, and branding elements
- Experience in experiential marketing is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail and project management capabilities
- Ability to adapt to changing media formats and advertising strategies
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models, and schemes for spatial and graphic projects
- Establish conceptual directions and develop design solutions, ensuring proper implementation from concept through production
- Create 3D models, floor plans, elevations, and renderings that illustrate spatial layouts and design ideas effectively
- Develop high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings for client presentations, marketing materials, and project documentation
- Apply graphic design expertise to develop branding, visual identities, signage, environmental graphics, and wayfinding systems
- Develop marketing collateral, packaging, digital assets, and other creative materials to support branding initiatives
- Research and gather relevant information, photographs, and inspiration related to projects
- Produce sample or mood boards to present concepts and ideas to clients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and innovative creative solutions
- Partner effectively with all departments to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work that meets client expectations
