About The Role

We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic technology team. Reporting directly to the Director of Software Engineering, this role is pivotal in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web and mobile applications that underpin our business operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for solving complex technical problems, working collaboratively across teams, and building modern, reliable systems that support our future growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects within a fast-paced environment, utilizing state-of-the-art cloud technologies and development practices. As part of our team, you will be instrumental in supporting our digital infrastructure, ensuring performance, security, and scalability while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• 1–3 years of progressive experience in developing production web platforms
• Experience with backend development and system architecture design
• Proficiency with Angular, JSON, and cloud development, preferably with AWS
• Experience in developing new applications and contributing to system architecture
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Strong understanding of SDLC processes from requirements gathering to deployment

Responsibilities

• Support the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with IT and product teams to define and develop new functionalities for web-based systems
• Design and develop scalable features for web and mobile applications to enhance business operations
• Maintain and support AWS cloud environments and associated databases, ensuring optimal performance and security
• Evaluate project deliverables to ensure quality, performance, and scalability standards are met
• Build and maintain tools for system integration and database management to streamline internal processes
• Partner with project managers and business leaders to support project planning, due diligence, and successful delivery of initiatives
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices to continuously improve systems and development processes
