Job Description STRATEGIC STAFFING SOLUTIONS (S3) HAS AN OPENING. HR Coordinator - Workday W2 Rate: $24-26/hr Richmond, VA $30-33/hr McLean, VA 5+ month contract - hybrid onsite Seeking HR Coordinators with strong experience working within Workday to include creating documentation, testing/issue resolution and who excel in a collaborative team environment Qualifications: At least 1 year of Workday testing experience Preferred - Workday Benefits module experience Proficiency with GSuite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated customer service skills, attention to detail and decision making skills Ideal to have experience Working in an Agile environment Preferred: Experience testing in Kainos - NOT REQUIRED Day to Day You will be part of an internal team working on upgrades and customizations to Workday If you have hands on experience working within it, your experience is the asset they need Will be responsible for assisting in performing Workday system testing, including troubleshooting and making recommendations for processes, testing strategy, scenarios, and test cases. Utilize Workday test environments to perform End-to-End, User Acceptance, and Regression Testing, and troubleshoot Workday Benefits & HR Services system issues Engage with internal partner teams to raise awareness to and resolve system issues/defects identified during testing Participate as a team member in Agile pod work to enhance associate experiences *Beware of scams.
