Job Title: Senior IT Specialist

Our client is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to build and enhance cybersecurity workflows that protect enterprise systems and data.
This role is part of a dynamic cybersecurity team, focused on designing and delivering secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions that enable effective vulnerability management and risk mitigation. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise along with the ability to lead initiatives and mentor team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform to improve performance and reliability.
- Design, build, and support applications that enable tracking and remediation of security vulnerabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across ServiceNow modules and workflows.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Follow industry best practices, coding standards, and ITIL frameworks for ServiceNow development.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and performance of solutions.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts to validate functionality and ensure system integrity.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members on platform capabilities and development practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
- Expertise in scripting and platform configuration, including:
- Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes
- UI Policies, UI Actions
- Flow Designer and workflow automation
- Proficiency in JavaScript and development of scalable applications.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and performance optimization techniques.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to deliver clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.
Certifications (Required – At least one)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ITIL Certification
