Job Description

Our client is looking for a creative and strategic professional to lead employer branding and campaign development within our Talent Acquisition function. This position plays a key role in strengthening how we present ourselves to prospective employees, helping attract high-quality candidates and reinforcing our reputation as a great place to work.

This is an opportunity to shape how talent experiences our brand, from first impression through to application.

Applicants should bring substantial experience in employer branding—ideally within a complex or multi-location organisation—along with a strong background in campaign execution, recruitment marketing, and project delivery. Experience leading teams or coordinating work through others is highly valued. Close collaboration with internal marketing teams and external creative partners will be central to success in this role.

This position is based at our corporate office in Reading, Pennsylvania, operating on a hybrid schedule with four days onsite each week.

  • Analytics & Optimisation: Use performance data to refine strategies, improve outcomes, and report on campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Candidate Experience: Monitor online presence and candidate feedback channels to ensure a positive and consistent employer image.
  • Leadership: Provide direction and inspiration to project teams, driving both immediate and long-term branding objectives.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry developments and emerging trends to keep strategies fresh and competitive.
  • Agility: Manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment, adapting quickly to changing needs.
