Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both IT and Non-IT roles across multiple industries.
• Understand client requirements (JDs) in detail and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), internal database, references, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Conduct initial HR interviews/telephonic discussions to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
• Follow up with candidates and clients for feedback and ensure smooth interview process.
• Negotiate salary and handle offer discussions to ensure successful closures.
• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers regularly.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Ensure quick turnaround time and meet hiring targets/deadlines.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates for long-term engagement.
• Stay updated with industry trends, hiring practices, and talent availability.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Handle multiple requirements simultaneously with attention to quality and timelines.
