Sound & Animation Designer

We need a "Vibe Architect" who can bring the Partyhat ecosystem to life through high-fidelity motion and immersive soundscapes. Your job is to create the sensory "hooks" that make our digital products feel alive, reactive, and addictive. This is a remote, high-availability role for a creator who understands the intersection of internet culture and Web3 aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Sonic Branding: Design and ship unique sound effects (SFX) for UI interactions, wins, alerts, and transitions that reinforce the Partyhat identity.
• Motion Excellence: Create smooth, high-impact animations for web and mobile interfaces that guide the player’s eye and reward engagement.
• Asset Optimization: Ensure all audio and motion assets are lightweight, high-performance.
• Atmospheric Design: Develop ambient background loops and "hype" audio for major events, launches, and viral social media content.

The Requirements

• The "Ear & Eye": You have an innate ability to match sound to motion. You understand how a 0.5-second animation and a crisp SFX can change the entire "feel" of a product.
• Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Audition), Premiere, or industry-standard sound design tools (Ableton, FL Studio, etc.).
• Web3: You understand the "Degen" aesthetic. You know how to design for high-stakes environments where every interaction needs to feel rewarding.
• Operational Excellence: Self-motivated and highly organized; you can manage a library of hundreds of assets without losing track of a single file or version.

Operational Details

• Location: Fully Remote.
• Schedule: Flexible / On-call (Requires high responsiveness for rapid asset delivery).
• Compensation: Hourly Rate (Based on experience and portfolio elite-level).
• Payment: All compensation is processed in digital assets (USDC/USDT).
