Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Videographer/Cinematographer with strong shooting, storytelling, and editing skills to create high-quality content for social media, admissions campaigns, branding initiatives, events, student achievements, and institutional communications.

The ideal candidate understands modern content trends, can capture authentic moments, and is capable of producing engaging videos that resonate with both parents and students.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos across various formats.
• Capture school events, competitions, sports, cultural programs, classroom activities, workshops, and special occasions.
• Create promotional and admissions-focused videos.
• Produce short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• Develop storytelling-driven content highlighting student achievements, teacher excellence, and campus life.
• Operate professional cameras, gimbals, drones (if licensed), and lighting equipment.
• Ensure proper framing, composition, camera movement, and visual aesthetics.
• Maintain high production standards across all projects.

Required Skills

• Strong videography and cinematography skills.
• Understanding of lighting techniques and audio recording.
• Knowledge of social media content formats and trends.
• Ability to create engaging short-form videos.
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Film Production, Mass Communication, Media, Cinematography, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional videography experience.
• Experience working with educational institutions, brands, media agencies, or content creators is preferred.
• Drone operation experience and certification will be an added advantage.
