Job Description
As a Consumer Insights & Marketing Analytics Manager at Level 7 in Marketing Ops, located in Mumbai/Bangalore/Gurugram, with 12-18 years of experience, your role will involve managing delivery across Marketing Analytics, Consumer Insights, Reporting, and Dashboards. You will be expected to understand the business and industry context, applying marketing analytics concepts to provide business solutions. Your responsibilities will include preparing insights from various digital, marketing, and CRM data sources, presenting actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders, and leading strategic analytics delivery for clients globally. You will need to ensure quality assurance of all work products, adherence to delivery timelines, and contractual SLAs. Additionally, you will drive value adds to the client by undertaking the right projects and measuring impact, manage a team of analysts, mentor resources, and establish best project management practices.

- Manage delivery across Marketing Analytics, Consumer Insights, Reporting, and Dashboards
- Understand business and industry context, apply marketing analytics concepts, and provide business solutions
- Prepare insights from digital, marketing, and CRM data sources, and present actionable recommendations
- Lead strategic analytics delivery for global clients, ensure quality assurance, adherence to timelines, and contractual SLAs

Qualifications Required:
- Experience in managing analytics delivery and end-to-end understanding of analytics lifecycle
- Experience in Data Management, Business Intelligence, Customer Insights & Reporting with exposure to international clients
- Experience in stakeholder management, project management, demand prioritization, resource allocation, and team management
- Strategic thinker with excellent planning, team leadership, and client communication skills
- Strong knowledge and working experience in Marketing Platforms, especially in Analytics
- Familiarity with data querying and manipulation using SQL, Big Query
- Strong aptitude in working with diverse data sources and generating insights
- Working knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio
- Familiarity with offline data, survey, CRM, and transaction datasets
- Experience in consumer insights using tools like Kantar Track, Nielsen, or similar
