As a Google Cloud Engineer at Mllers Solutions, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure and services.   • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Google Deployment Manager.
  • Oversee the configuration and management of virtual private cloud (VPC) networking and shared services.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and operational processes.
  • Monitor and optimize GCP performance, including resource utilization and cost management.
  • Implement robust security practices across GCP resources, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Integrate GCP services with existing systems and applications through APIs and cloud functions.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline workflows and support development processes.
  • Prepare and maintain architecture documentation, operational procedures, and best practices guidelines.
  • Provide technical support to resolve issues and enhance system performance in the GCP environment.
  • *Requirements:**
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering or architecture, specifically within Google Cloud Platform.
  • Deep understanding of GCP services, including App Engine, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, and Kubernetes Engine.
  • Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Golang, or Java.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and security practices in cloud environments.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration and presenting technical information clearly.
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect or Google Cloud Qualified DevOps Engineer) are preferred.
  • Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Google Cloud Build, Jenkins, or similar services.
