Role Overview:

You will be joining a global team at New Relic, dedicated to shaping the future of observability by building an intelligent platform that provides unparalleled insight into complex systems for companies to thrive in an AI-first world. As the company expands its global footprint, passionate individuals are sought to join this mission. Your role will involve taking an industry-leading SaaS technology solution into the India Market and working with various segments including Conglomerates, Large and Mid-size companies, Decacorns, Unicorns, Soonicorns, DNBs, and organizations with multi-million dollar cloud spend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing Large/Enterprise Accounts and their subsidiaries
  • Achieve qualified opportunity and pipeline quotas to meet territory revenue objectives
  • Engage with CXO level within organizations to present offerings
  • Communicate the business impact of software to technical and business customers
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet revenue objectives
  • Lead strategic account planning process with performance objectives and financial targets
  • Collaborate with teams to provide account management on enterprise customers
  • Work with partner team to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into acquisitions
  • Develop a long-term success strategy for building and managing a book of business

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 12 years of sales experience with at least 10 years in the software industry
  • Demonstrated success in net new software sales at the enterprise level
  • Strong network and connections within Indian conglomerates and large enterprises
  • High energy, well-developed business sense, and creative sales skills
  • Technical background with basic understanding of infrastructures and SaaS industry
  • Experience with SFDC and various software tools like Tableau, PowerPoint, Zoom
  • Bonus points for knowledge in Application Performance Monitoring, Observability, DevOps, or related cloud software
