Job Description
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities.
- Focus on selling solutions such as - workforce compliance, risk management SaaS solutions into relevant decision makers.
- Focus on selling into multiple manufacturing, energy, utilities, transportation, construction, infrastructure etc.
- You will be responsible for the full sales cycle (from initial outreach to closing the deal)
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies, account-based selling, and territory planning
- Lead structured discovery using methodologies such as MEDDIC/BANT

The Successful Applicant
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, compliance, or enterprise software/services.
- Proven track record of selling to mid-market/ enetrprise clients.
- Demonstrated success in quota attainment and new business acquisition
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized with strong CRM discipline (Salesforce or similar)

- Base Salary Range: CAD 90-100k (OTE Range: CAD 130-160K)
- Job Location: North York- hybrid position (3 days in office. 2 days remote)
