Description de poste

• Prepare, review, and manage lease agreements and related documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of lease renewals and amendments.
• Maintain and update lease records in the company database.
• Act as a point of contact for tenant inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with lease terms.
• Generate and analyze leasing reports to support decision-making processes.
• Assist with the coordination of lease negotiations and approvals.
• Support the property management team with administrative tasks as needed.
