Job Description

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of Design-Build construction projects
• Act as the primary client contact and trusted advisor throughout the project
• Manage and coordinate architects, engineers, and consultants to align design intent with project objectives
• Own project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Develop, manage, and optimize detailed project schedules
• Oversee procurement of subcontractors, materials, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with OHSA, building codes, and internal safety standards
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks across all phases
• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Mentor junior project team members and support team development

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

• 7-10+ years of construction project management experience (ICI preferred)
• Proven experience delivering Design-Build projects (required)
• Strong understanding of pre-construction, design coordination, and construction execution
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams
• Strong financial and commercial acumen
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools
• Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Health & Safety certifications and PMP designation considered assets
