Analyst / Associate - Real Estate

• Support the team in sourcing new investment opportunities by conducting industry research and building investment thesis
• Actively engage in deal sourcing for multiple mandates
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and benchmarking of performance against budget and peers
• Perform various financial analysis tasks and interpret financial data and models
• Track and manage the deal pipeline efficiently
• Provide portfolio management support as needed
• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in Real Estate Investing, Domestic IB, or Mid Office IB
• Educational qualification of Undergrad/Postgrad from a Tier I Institute
• Sector outlook preference towards Real Estate
• Location of work: Mumbai
