Job Description
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives while minimizing contractual risk.
- Provide practical legal counsel to business stakeholders on contract interpretation, risk assessment, compliance matters, and operational legal issues.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective contract management, regulatory compliance, and seamless execution of legal and commercial initiatives.
- 3 to 5 days work from office
- Location: Bangalore

The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal Counsel (Temp) should have:
- 8-10 years of experience of working on commercial contracts
- Based out of Bangalore - willing to be in office 3-5 times a week
