Job Description
LeverageTek is actively seeking a Corporate Recruiter/TA Specialist for a 1 year term with its Gatineau-based customer.
Work Location
- The successful candidate will be required to work 4x/week on-site at the customer headquarters in Gatineau, QC
Key Tasks
- Independently manage 15–20 concurrent full-cycle requisitions across Finance & Accounting, IT, and Operations.
- Support student/co-op recruitment programs across three annual cycles, managing 6–10 additional roles per intake.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach.
- Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and ensure timely feedback from hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Own offer processes and maintain consistent, high-quality candidate communication throughout the lifecycle.
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to align on hiring needs and priorities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and workflows within HRIS (UKG), adapting to manual processes during system transitions.
Top Qualifications
- Proven high-volume recruiter with experience managing 15–20 active requisitions simultaneously.
- 2–5 years of corporate recruitment experience in private-sector, fast-paced environments.
- Experience full cycle recruitment across various disciplines such as IT, Accounting/Finance, Treasury, Procurement, Operations etc.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle corporate recruitment experience.
- Demonstrated success recruiting across Finance & Accounting, IT, and operational roles.
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to adapt communication styles.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize competing deadlines effectively.
Assets
- IT recruitment experience (e.g., cloud infrastructure, business applications, technical support, project-based roles).
- Bilingual in English and French and/or experience supporting student/co-op recruitment programs.
- Experience working with UKG, Workday, or similar enterprise HR systems in mid-to-large corporate environments.
Salary Range: $65000-$75000
