Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads
  • Identify and engage potential clients requiring SEO and digital marketing services
  • Clearly communicate the value of SEO, PPC, and content marketing solutions to prospects
  • Qualify leads and book discovery calls or demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities and pipeline in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for lead generation and pipeline development
  • Stay informed on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing best practices

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing sales within an agency or similar environment
  • Proven success in outbound sales, lead generation, and appointment setting
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO concepts
  • Ability to confidently discuss ROI, traffic growth, rankings, and conversion performance with clients
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team-based sales process
