Paid Media Specialist – Performance Marketing
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and performance-driven Paid Media Specialist with 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and Programmatic platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, takes ownership of results, and is passionate about driving measurable business outcomes through data-driven marketing strategies.
You will work closely with both offshore and onshore teams and manage multiple accounts while ensuring campaign excellence, proactive communication, and continuous performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Programmatic Advertising (OTT, CTV, Display, DSPs such as Basis)
- Develop audience targeting, bidding, budget allocation, and scaling strategies to maximize campaign performance.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience segmentation, and market research.
- Take full ownership of assigned accounts, ensuring campaigns are launched accurately, monitored proactively, and optimized consistently to achieve performance goals.
Performance Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations to improve KPIs such as CPC, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Design and execute A/B tests across creatives, ad copy, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic improvements across client accounts.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues proactively and provide effective solutions with minimal supervision.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare actionable reports with clear insights and recommendations.
- Translate performance metrics into meaningful business outcomes rather than simply reporting numbers.
Onshore & Team Collaboration
- Respond promptly to campaign issues, escalations, and time-sensitive requests while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
- Proactively communicate risks, blockers, opportunities, and performance concerns before they impact campaign results.
- Coordinate closely with onshore teams to address client concerns and ensure seamless account management.
- Ensure clear documentation, task ownership, and follow-through on all account-related activities and stakeholder requests.
What We're Looking For
Technical Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, and Digital Advertising.
- Strong expertise in:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Programmatic Advertising (OTT/CTV, Display, DSPs)
- Strong understanding of:
- Conversion Tracking
- Audience targeting
- Budget management
- Bidding strategies
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools including GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and Excel.
Soft Skills
- Strong ownership mentality with the ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain campaign performance, recommendations, and technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with US-based clients or agencies.
- Experience managing Powersports, Automotive, Retail, or Lead Generation accounts.
- Certifications in Google Ads, GA4, or Meta Blueprint.
- Experience with OTT/CTV advertising and DSP platforms.
