Job Summary

InBody India is looking for a results-driven Field Sales Specialist to drive business growth across medical industry including hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centres. The role focuses on B2B healthcare sales, key account management, and consultative selling of advanced body composition solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Lead Generation:

  • Drive new business acquisition in hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centres.
  • Execute cold calling, field prospecting, and referral-based lead generation.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Medical Sales & Client Relationship Management:

  • Engage with doctors, healthcare professionals, and institutional buyers.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and solution-based selling.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Track healthcare market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
  • Align with marketing for go-to-market strategies and campaigns.

Client Engagement & Support:

  • Ensure customer retention, repeat business, and upselling opportunities.
  • Provide after-sales support, product training, and installation coordination.

Events & Brand Promotion:

  • Represent the company at medical conferences, CMEs, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  • Build brand visibility and generate qualified leads.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and MIS reporting.
  • Monitor conversion rates, territory performance, and revenue growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Masters in MBA (Marketing) / B.pharma / Clinical Nutrition preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in medical device sales / healthcare sales / B2B sales.
  • Strong skills in selling, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working with KOLs, doctors, and hospital procurement teams.
  • Willingness for on-field travelling.
