Job Summary

InBody India is hiring a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Specialist to grow its presence across gyms, fitness studios, wellness and slimming centres, sports academies, and corporate wellness programs. The role focuses on B2B sales, new client acquisition, and consultative promotion of advanced body composition analyzers within the fitness and wellness domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Lead Generation:

  • Identify and secure new clients across gyms, fitness studios, wellness centres, sports academies, and corporate wellness programs.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, on-ground prospecting, and referrals.
  • Maintain a well-structured sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly.

Sales & Client Relationship Management:

  • Build relationships with gym owners, trainers, wellness advisors, and key decision-makers.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, provide consultations, and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Track industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities in the fitness sector.
  • Partner with the marketing team to execute campaigns and support lead generation efforts.

Client Engagement & Support:

  • Develop strong client relationships to drive retention and repeat business.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, post-sales support, and product training.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.

Events & Brand Promotion:

  • Represent the company at fitness exhibitions, workshops, industry events, and networking forums.
  • Increase brand awareness and generate potential business leads.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Monitor sales performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Maintain accurate MIS data, sales forecasts, and conversion tracking.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Sports Science, Fitness Management, or MBA (Marketing) preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in fitness sales, equipment sales, B2B sales, or medical device sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in consultative selling and managing client relationships effectively.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel for field sales activities.
