Job Summary

InBody India is hiring a dynamic and target-focused Field Sales Specialist to support business growth within the healthcare segment, including hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centres. The role emphasizes B2B sales, handling key client accounts, and delivering consultative sales of advanced body composition solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Lead Generation:

  • Explore and secure new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centres.
  • Generate leads through cold outreach, field visits, and referral networks.
  • Build, track, and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM platforms.

Medical Sales & Client Relationship Management:

  • Connect with doctors, healthcare professionals, and institutional decision-makers.
  • Present products through demonstrations, clinical briefings, and value-based selling.
  • Oversee the complete sales journey from initial contact to final deal closure.
  • Meet assigned sales targets and performance KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor movements, and customer expectations.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement effective go-to-market initiatives.

Client Engagement & Support:

  • Strengthen client relationships to drive retention, repeat orders, and upselling.
  • Deliver post-sales support, including product training and installation coordination.

Events & Brand Promotion:

  • Actively represent the organization at medical events, conferences, CMEs, and exhibitions.
  • Increase brand presence while generating high-quality leads.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Ensure timely updates of sales forecasts, pipeline data, and MIS reports.
  • Evaluate conversion metrics, territory-wise performance, and revenue outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA (Marketing) / B.Pharm / Clinical Nutrition preferred.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in healthcare, medical device, or B2B sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience engaging with doctors, KOLs, and hospital purchase teams is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field work.
