We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Bilingual Insurance Agent who can speak and write Chinese to join our team. This role involves engaging with prospects and clients to understand their insurance needs, providing tailored solutions, and building long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales experience, and a customer-focused approach. Responsibilities

• Conduct outside and inside sales to identify potential clients and promote insurance products
• Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate leads and schedule appointments
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering appropriate insurance solutions
• Analyze client information to recommend suitable coverage options
• Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and follow-up communications
• Develop marketing strategies to expand client base and increase brand awareness in the Chinese community
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall service quality
• Close sales conversations
• Visit commercial locations to generate leads

Experience

• Prior experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred
• Strong analysis skills for assessing client needs and policy options
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively
• Customer service background with a focus on building relationships and trust
• Knowledge of insurance products and sales processes is a plus but not required; training will be provided
• Must be able to speak and write Chinese and have excellent communication skills in English
• Familiarity with marketing strategies and sales administration tools is advantageous

Pay: $34,400.00-$98,693.86 per year
