Job Title: Business Analyst – SAP Fieldglass

Location: Toronto, ON (Bloor & Yonge) -Hybrid

Duration: 6 Months contract with possible high extension

Experience Required: 6–8 Years

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst – SAP Fieldglass to support the implementation and ongoing support of SAP Fieldglass, a vendor engagement system that enables organizations to source, manage, and pay external workers and service providers globally. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring smooth system setup, data integrity, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a key customer contact during SAP Fieldglass implementation and setup activities.
Lead and facilitate analysis and requirement-gathering sessions to support initial system configuration.
Guide customers through setup decisions and collect required organizational and business data.
Work closely with the customer project manager to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Support data gathering, validation, and data loading activities into SAP Fieldglass.
Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for SAP Fieldglass-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile way of working.
Ensure clear documentation of business requirements, workflows, and system configurations.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience

6–8 years of overall Business Analyst experience.
4–7 years of hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass.
Strong understanding of vendor engagement systems and external workforce management.
Proven experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
Experience supporting L1/L2/L3 production support activities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid onsite/offshore model.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working with large enterprise clients.
Experience in data migration or system integration projects.
Exposure to SAP ecosystem beyond Fieldglass is a plus.
