Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–10 years of overall IT experience, with strong focus on Appian BPM development
- Proven experience in Appian application design and development
- Strong hands-on experience with: SAIL (Appian UI development)
- Process modeling

- Good understanding of Appian architecture, best practices, and performance tuning
- Experience in deployment processes and environment management

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Appian Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using the Appian low-code platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable, record-centric solutions and translating business requirements into robust technical implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain applications on the Appian BPM (Business Process Management) platform
- Build scalable and high-performing record-centric applications following Appian best practices
- Develop Appian components including:
- SAIL interfaces
- Process models
- Records
- Reports
- Integrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Lead technical design discussions and perform code reviews to ensure quality and standards
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
- Manage and support deployments across Development, QA, and Production environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve UAT and production issues
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers
- Work closely with business teams, architects, QA, and DevOps for successful delivery
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

- Appian Certification (Level 2 or Senior Developer preferred)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to cloud environments and enterprise system integrations
