Job Description

Location: Mumbai (Andheri East)

Experience: 2–5 Years (Minimum 2 Years in Performance Marketing)

CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Education: Tier 1 Institutes Only (IIM / IIT / NIT / Top Tier Colleges – MBA/B.Tech/B.E.)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing professional with hands-on experience in managing and scaling paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The candidate will be responsible for campaign execution, optimization, analytics, and performance improvement across the marketing funnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads)
  • Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads)
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics: CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, LTV
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and messaging
  • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting strategies
  • Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and scaling of high-performing campaigns
  • Set up and manage tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and UET
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
  • Identify opportunities for funnel optimization and conversion rate improvement
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Creative, Product, CRM) for campaign execution

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media
  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platform
  • Knowledge of campaign structure, audience targeting, and bidding strategies
  • Experience with analytics and tracking tools (GA4, GTM)
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in SaaS / D2C / AdTech / Growth Marketing environments
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis
  • Experience with additional platforms (LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic)

Mandatory Criteria

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing
  • Total experience between 2 to 5 years
  • Candidates must be from Tier 1 Institutes only
  • Must have managed live ad campaigns and performance metrics
