Location: Mumbai (Andheri East)
Experience: 2–5 Years (Minimum 2 Years in Performance Marketing)
CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA

Education: Tier 1 Institutes Only (IIM / IIT / NIT / Top Tier Colleges – MBA/B.Tech/B.E.)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Performance Marketing professional with hands-on experience in managing and scaling paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The candidate will be responsible for campaign execution, optimization, analytics, and performance improvement across the marketing funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen)
- Meta Ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads)
- Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads)
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics: CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, LTV
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and messaging
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting strategies
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and scaling of high-performing campaigns
- Set up and manage tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and UET
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Identify opportunities for funnel optimization and conversion rate improvement
- Work with cross-functional teams (Creative, Product, CRM) for campaign execution
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platform
- Knowledge of campaign structure, audience targeting, and bidding strategies
- Experience with analytics and tracking tools (GA4, GTM)
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SaaS / D2C / AdTech / Growth Marketing environments
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis
- Experience with additional platforms (LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic)
Mandatory Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing
- Total experience between 2 to 5 years
- Candidates must be from Tier 1 Institutes only
- Must have managed live ad campaigns and performance metrics
