Role Overview
We are looking for an Analyst / Senior Analyst – Sustainability Finance to support ESG reporting, sustainability disclosures, and data management across global operations.
The role involves hands-on execution of ESG reporting, GHG accounting, ESG ratings submissions, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring high-quality, audit-ready sustainability data.
Key Responsibilities 1. ESG Reporting & Sustainability Disclosures
- Prepare and support sustainability reports aligned with GRI, SASB, TCFD/ISSB, TNFD frameworks
- Compile, validate, and organize ESG data from global stakeholders
- Maintain audit-ready documentation, data trails, and supporting evidence
- ESG Ratings & Questionnaires
- Support submissions for CDP, MSCI, Sustainalytics, FTSE, Oxfam
- Coordinate data collection for thematic areas: climate, biodiversity, water, labour, HSE, governance
- Track progress and follow-ups for timely submissions
- GHG Accounting & ESG Data Management
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions data as per GHG Protocol
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and trend analysis
- Maintain ESG databases, trackers, and reporting systems
- Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Finance, Sustainability (CRS), Manufacturing, HR, Risk, and Business Teams
- Coordinate with global stakeholders across time zones
- Ensure timely closure of data requests and action items
- Technology & Process Support
- Support ESG tools, carbon accounting platforms, and reporting systems
- Assist in automation of ESG data processes
- Perform system uploads, testing, and issue resolution
- Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze ESG data trends and identify gaps or improvement areas
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and data management skills with attention to detail
- Experience in ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, TNFD, ISSB)
- Knowledge of GHG Protocol and carbon accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a structured manner
Preferred Background
- Experience in Sustainability Finance, ESG, CSR, or Sustainability Consulting
- Exposure to ESG ratings (CDP, MSCI, Sustainalytics)
- Candidates from Food, Agriculture, or Agri-business sectors preferred
- Candidates from ERM or similar consulting firms highly preferred
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in:

- Finance / Economics / Business
